NPR reported that the mask mandate will go until mid-February. NBC New York reported that New York State requires masks or proof of vaccination before entering all public places. Other states with mask mandates include Washington, Illinois, New Mexico, Nevada, and Hawaii. We expect to see an increase in mask mandates as the rise in cases continues.
